Frequently Asked Questions - Tayfun Silver

Account Use, Security & Suspension

Trade accounts must be used only by authorised personnel and all trade-only information must be handled with care.

Account Use, Security & Suspension

How accounts should be handled, who is responsible for usage and when membership may be suspended.

Who is responsible for activity carried out through our account?

Orders, requests, changes and other actions made through the account are treated as authorised by your company. Your organisation is therefore responsible for account use and credential control.

Can login details be shared freely inside the team?

Access should be limited to authorised staff or representatives only. Credentials should not be shared loosely or used by people who are not approved to act on behalf of the business.

What should we do if we suspect unauthorised access?

You should notify Tayfun Silver Wholesale promptly so the account can be reviewed, secured and, where necessary, passwords reset or access restricted.

Can trade-only prices, catalogues or internal documents be shared publicly?

No. Member-only prices, internal catalogues, pricing structures, policy documents and similar commercial materials should not be shared publicly or with unauthorised parties without written consent.

In which cases can membership be suspended or terminated?

Membership may be suspended or terminated in cases such as repeated non-payment, policy violations, platform misuse, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, legal risk or long-term inactivity that is no longer commercially viable.
