Is every application approved automatically?
No. Applications are reviewed manually and may be approved, declined or limited depending on business profile, region, risk considerations and overall commercial suitability.
Can approved accounts still be restricted in certain ways?
Yes. Access, visibility or specific platform features may be limited where this is considered appropriate from a risk, regional or strategic perspective.
Is the account opened in a personal name or in the company name?
The account is generally created for the company together with its authorised contact person or persons. Actions taken through the account are treated as actions taken on behalf of the business.
Can the company request closure of its membership later?
Yes. A membership account may be closed on request, although certain records may still need to be retained for legal, accounting or legitimate business purposes.
