Offers, Orders & Contract Formation
Product listings and carts are not binding offers by themselves; formal confirmation and cleared payment are typically required.
Offers, Orders & Contract Formation
When a wholesale order becomes binding and how the sales relationship is formed.
Are website listings and catalogues binding sales offers?
No. Product listings, catalogues and visible prices are generally invitations to treat and do not by themselves create a binding sales contract.
Does adding items to the cart mean the order is final?
No. Cart contents, draft selections and early enquiries are not treated as final contract formation on their own.
When does a wholesale order become legally binding?
A binding sales relationship is typically formed when Tayfun Silver Wholesale issues a written order confirmation or pro-forma invoice and the related cleared payment is received and allocated to the correct order.
Can orders be placed only through the website?
No. Orders may also be placed via email or through other authorised communication channels agreed between the parties.
Can a confirmed order still be changed?
Any requested change after confirmation, including model, quantity, plating, size or gem colour, remains subject to approval and may affect pricing and lead-times.
