Pricing, Currency & Minimums
Wholesale pricing is member-only, may change over time and is supported by minimum-order rules.
Pricing, Currency & Minimums
How wholesale prices are shown and when they become fixed for a specific order.
Are wholesale prices visible to everyone?
No. Wholesale prices are typically visible only to approved trade members using the platform.
Do prices always remain fixed?
No. Prices may be updated in response to silver, foreign exchange and other input-cost movements. The binding price is the one fixed for the specific order in line with the confirmed commercial documents and payment timing.
What is the general minimum order value?
As a general rule, the minimum order value is 750 USD per order. Where the platform, quotation or pro-forma invoice states a higher minimum, that higher minimum applies to the relevant order.
Can minimums also apply by item, plating, size or colour?
Yes. Additional minimum quantities may apply by reference, plating, size, stone colour, collection, assortment or pack structure.
How long is a quotation or pro-forma price usually valid?
Unless otherwise stated, a quoted or pro-forma price is valid only for a limited period. In the trade framework this may typically be around 5 business days, unless the document states otherwise.
Which currency should we pay in?
Payment should be made in the transaction currency stated on the pro-forma invoice, invoice or related commercial documents.
What happens if a published or quoted price contains an obvious error?
Clear typographical or calculation errors may be corrected by the seller upon notice, and the relevant order or quotation may be adjusted accordingly.
