Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
The warranty is focused on manufacturing faults and packing errors, not general resale risk or no-fault returns.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
What the wholesale warranty covers and what falls outside its intended scope.
What does the wholesale warranty generally cover?
The warranty is primarily intended to cover confirmed manufacturing faults and packing errors under the applicable trade framework.
What kinds of issues may qualify as manufacturing faults?
Examples may include serious structural defects present on arrival, visible plating failures, stones missing or loose at first inspection, major production mismatches or significant assembly errors.
What is generally outside warranty scope?
Warranty does not usually cover wear and tear, scratches, dents, impact damage, chemical or humidity-related surface change, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised repairs or later retail handling issues.
Are unsold stock, over-ordering or changes of mind grounds for return?
No. Unsold stock, slow-moving inventory, over-ordering or change-of-mind situations are not treated as standard return grounds in the wholesale model.
Are OEM, private label or exclusive items generally returnable?
As a rule, custom, exclusive, OEM or private label items are not treated as general returnable stock, except where a confirmed manufacturing fault exists.
