1. Purpose & Scope

• Pricing structures, sales data, or other sensitive business information,
• Confidential visual, technical, or production-related materials.

The purpose of such protection is to support a clearer, safer, and more professional working relationship for both parties.

3. Confidentiality Framework

Depending on the nature of the project and the agreement between the parties, the process may begin with a mutual NDA or with the review of a confidentiality document provided by the Buyer.

• The scope of confidential information may be defined in writing,
• Main contact persons and communication channels may be identified,
• Access to project materials may be limited to the relevant parties only,
• Shared documents, visuals, samples, and technical details may be handled under controlled use.

4. Production Protocol

Once the confidentiality structure is in place, the project may proceed under a defined production protocol covering the commercial and operational stages of the work.

• Concept alignment and project briefing,
• Design review and technical evaluation,
• Sampling and internal / client approval,
• Production planning and delivery coordination,
• Controlled use of visuals, specifications, and sample references.

This structure helps ensure that the process progresses in an organized, transparent, and professionally managed manner.

5. Project Materials & Use Restrictions

Where applicable, project-related materials such as sketches, renders, technical documents, prototypes, sample products, collection concepts, and branded assets may be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating, developing, or fulfilling the relevant project.

Any additional restrictions regarding use, disclosure, reproduction, or project-specific exclusivity may be documented separately in the relevant agreement or annex.
