We provide CAD modeling, revisions, and prototype approval services based on your reference products or original designs. Our design files are optimized for production, with every step carefully managed to ensure consistency and full readiness for mass production.

CAD / Prototyping (ODM)

We transform your ideas into reality. CAD modeling, the revision process, and prototype approval ensure that your design workflow progresses reliably.

Your Ideas You can provide photos, sketches, measurements, logo/monogram, target price, and target market.
Design Process CAD revisions are conducted until your approval; the final design is locked for production.
Prototype Approval The prototype allows you to review your design’s dimensions, appearance, and finish before proceeding to mass production.

Stone Setting / Detail Work

CZ (cubic zirconia), semi-precious, and custom stone requests are applied with professional craftsmanship. Every detail of your design is carefully executed, with a strong focus on overall aesthetics.

Stone Types Depending on stock and sourcing availability, a variety of stones can be used, including pearl, turquoise, moissanite, tiger eye, opal, icecut, CZ, onyx, agate, etc.
Application Channel, prong, or bezel setting techniques are applied; when necessary, stones are secured according to industrial-grade standards.
Inspection Stone placement, symmetry, and brilliance are carefully inspected; the risk of loosening or vibration is minimized.
Optional Custom stone sourcing can be arranged upon request; any impact on lead time is communicated during the quotation process.

Plating & Surface Treatments

Rhodium, gold tones, black rhodium, oxidized/antique finishes, and custom surface appearances are applied with professional techniques. Durability and aesthetic quality are prioritized.
