CAPABILITIES

From Concept to Production

We support CAD development, design refinement, and prototype approval based on your references or original ideas. Every model is prepared with production feasibility in mind so the transition from concept to mass production stays clear, consistent, and controlled.

CAD Design & Prototyping (ODM)

We transform your concepts into production-ready jewelry through CAD development, design refinement, and prototype approval. Each revision is managed carefully to align the final model with your technical, visual, and commercial requirements before production begins.

  • Design Input You can share sketches, reference images, measurements, logos, target pricing, and market expectations to guide the development process.
  • CAD Development The design is modeled and revised in CAD until the structure, dimensions, and visual details are approved for production.
  • Prototype Approval Prototype review helps confirm form, size, and overall appearance before the design is released for manufacturing.

Rubber Mold

Once the model is approved, a rubber mold is prepared to ensure repeatable wax production with reliable shape consistency. This stage creates the foundation for stable and efficient manufacturing in the next steps.

  • Mold Preparation A production mold is created based on the approved master model to support consistent duplication.
  • Repeatability The mold is prepared to deliver stable wax output with controlled form accuracy from batch to batch.
  • Production Readiness A properly prepared mold supports efficiency, consistency, and smooth workflow in downstream production stages.

Wax Injection

Wax models are injected from the rubber mold and checked carefully before moving into the casting preparation workflow. Where the design requires it, the wax stage also supports further pre-casting operations with controlled precision.

  • Wax Output Wax models are injected from the mold in preparation for assembly and casting.
  • Control Check The wax pieces are reviewed for clean form, dimensional consistency, and production suitability.
  • Casting Preparation Approved wax models proceed to the next stages of tree assembly, investment preparation, and casting workflow.

Investment Casting

The wax models are assembled, invested, burnout-processed, and cast under controlled conditions to reproduce the approved design in silver. Each stage is managed carefully to maintain form accuracy, clean structure, and a reliable foundation for finishing.

  • Tree Assembly & Investment Wax models are assembled on the tree, placed into the flask, and surrounded with investment plaster to create the mold structure.
  • Burnout Cycle The flask is processed in the kiln so the wax can burn out and leave the required cavity inside the hardened investment.
  • Silver Casting Molten silver is cast into the prepared mold, then cooled, cleaned, and separated carefully for the next finishing stages.

PROCESS

End-to-End Production Workflow

From CAD development to final silver output, each stage is managed in a clear, controlled sequence to support consistency, detail accuracy, and reliable bulk-production quality.

  1. 1
    CAD Design
The product is first developed in CAD based on the approved design, dimensions, and technical requirements.
  2. 2
    Rubber Mold Preparation
After the model is finalized, a rubber mold is prepared to ensure repeatable and consistent wax production.
  3. 3
    Wax Injection
Wax models are injected from the rubber mold and checked for form accuracy before moving to the next stage.
  4. 4
    Stone Setting on Wax
Where the design requires it, stones are set directly into the wax model before investment casting.
  5. 5
    Wax Tree Assembly
The wax models are assembled onto the central sprue to create the casting tree in preparation for flasking.
  6. 6
    Flask Preparation & Investment
The flask is prepared and secured carefully to prevent leakage. Investment plaster is then mixed and poured around the wax tree to form the mold.
  7. 7
    Burnout Process
The invested flask is placed in the kiln for a full burnout cycle. During this process, the wax flows out, the investment hardens, and the mold cavity is formed.
  8. 8
    Silver Casting
Molten silver is cast into the prepared mold under controlled conditions to accurately reproduce the approved design.
  9. 9
    Cooling
After casting, the flasks are cooled in a controlled manner before the next cleaning stage begins.
  10. 10
    Washing & Cleaning
The investment material is removed and the cast tree is washed and cleaned to reveal the silver pieces.
  11. 11
    De-spruing / Tree Cutting
Once the cast tree is fully cleaned, each silver piece is carefully cut from the tree one by one with precision.
PLATING

Plating Options

Plating type, thickness, and durability targets are finalized during quoting based on product form and intended usage.

Wide Plating Range

Tone consistency, surface preparation, and final-layer appearance are optimized together for a premium finish.

  • Rhodium (Silver Tone)
Surface preparation and interlayer management are used to support brightness and color stability.
  • Gold Tone (Yellow / Rose)
Mass production follows sample approval to standardize the tone.
  • Oxidized / Antique / Black Rhodium (Process-based (varies by target look and surface))
Special applications are used to create contrast, highlight details, and define line/texture.
Strict Quality Control
Surface condition, color tone, and adhesion are checked before and after plating. REACH-oriented production standards are targeted, and specific test or document requests can be discussed during quotation.
